The 8th ASPROMEC Awards incorporate a new Sustainability category and open the nomination period
The call will recognize the best initiatives developed during 2025 by companies, institutions and professionals that contribute to boosting the competitiveness of the machining sector.
ASPROMEC, the Association of Professionals for the Competitiveness of Machining, has opened the deadline for submitting candidatures for the VIII edition of the ASPROMEC Awards, some awards that, year after year, distinguish companies, entities and professionals that, with your work, contribute to strengthening competitiveness, innovation and development of the machining sector.
In this new edition, The awards will recognize the actions developed during the year 2025, highlighting those projects and initiatives that have represented significant progress for the industry.
As the main novelty, The Awards Jury has agreed to incorporate a new category dedicated to Sustainability, with the objective of recognizing those organizations that integrate environmental criteria, social and good governance in its business strategy, promoting more efficient production models, responsible and respectful of the environment. With this addition, ASPROMEC adapts its awards to one of the great challenges currently facing the industry, rewarding those who turn sustainability into a true competitive advantage.
Six categories to recognize industrial excellence
The VIII edition of the ASPROMEC Awards includes the following categories:
- Tractor Company Award, aimed at those companies that drive the growth of the industrial fabric through their leadership capacity, innovation and generation of opportunities for your supply chain.
- Mechanizer Award, that recognizes the technical excellence and commitment to continuous improvement of companies specialized in machining.
- Innovation Award, intended to distinguish organizations that stand out for incorporating innovative solutions and advanced technologies capable of transforming their processes, products or management models.
- Training Award, with which the work of companies is recognized, educational centers, universities and institutions that are committed to the development of talent and the training of professionals in the sector.
- Sustainability Award, new category created to distinguish those initiatives that contribute to more sustainable industrial development from an environmental perspective, social and economic.
- Young talent award, that values the effort, the projection and potential of young professionals called to lead the future of machining.
A consolidated recognition for the sector
The ASPROMEC Awards have established themselves as one of the main recognitions of the machining sector in Spain, highlighting every year the efforts of companies, professionals, technological centers, educational institutions and organizations that work to make the industry a more competitive environment, innovative and prepared to face the challenges of the future.
The awards ceremony will take place during the celebration of the VI Machining Congress, which will once again bring together the main representatives of the industry to share experiences, analyze trends and recognize the best practices developed by the sector.
Presentation of candidatures
ASPROMEC invites companies, institutions and entities linked to the world of machining to present their candidatures and share those projects that, for its impact, innovation or contribution to industrial development, they deserve to be recognized.
